Typical production time: 3 to 10 business days after artwork approval. Larger orders may require additional time.
Custom engraved restaurant coasters are made to order. Production time begins after your artwork or engraving design has been approved.
Production times:
• Sample or Small Test Run, 1 to 50 pieces: 1 to 3 business days
• Small Order, 50 to 100 pieces: 3 to 5 business days
• Medium Order, 100 to 250 pieces: 5 to 7 business days
• Larger Order, 250 to 500 pieces: 1 to 2 weeks
• Large Volume Order, 1,000+ pieces: 2 to 3 weeks and may require additional time if materials need to be ordered
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order quantity, design complexity, material availability, and current production volume.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available for select quantities for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order if you need your coasters by a specific date.
Reorders
Repeat orders using an already approved design may have a faster turnaround time, typically 3 to 5 business days, depending on quantity.
Shipping
Production time does not include shipping transit time. Shipping time begins once your completed order leaves our facility.
